How does it work?
If you decide that I am the right Therapist for you, we can arrange a date and time for your first session where we will discuss our working agreement and explore further what support you are looking for. Please send a message via the form below. Sessions tend to be at the same time each week, last 50 minutes and usually based online via Zoom. I can offer anything from short term to ongoing open-ended Therapy.
